Returns, Refunds and Exchange Policy
We hope you’re as passionate about your Travis Lee Athletic sporting goods as we were in creating it. However, if it’s not quite right, here’s our returns policy. We dedicate ourselves to crafting high-quality sportswear and accessories. If something isn’t right, we’re happy to offer an exchange or provide a credit for the value of the item(s). For a return or exchange, items must be returned to Travis Lee Athletic in their original condition—unworn, unwashed, with original packaging and tags intact—along with proof of purchase. All returns and exchanges, except for faulty items, must be received by Travis Lee Athletic within fourteen (14) days of the dispatch date.

Faulty Products
Under Australian Consumer Law, if an item is found to have a manufacturing defect, you may be eligible for a replacement, repair, or refund. To process any return or exchange, proof of purchase is required. A claim for faulty goods cannot be made if:

  • The goods have experienced normal wear and tear.
  • The goods have been modified or repaired without authorization.
  • The goods were damaged due to non-compliance with the manufacturer’s care and storage instructions.
  • The goods were purchased second-hand, meaning you are not the original buyer. If the issue is not major, we will repair the item within a reasonable time frame.

Cricket Bat Warranty
TLA Cricket Bats come with a 12-month warranty from the date of purchase, covering any manufacturing defects that may arise during this period. If your bat sustains damage not due to customer misuse, we will repair or replace it at our discretion. All bats are carefully inspected before a decision is made. Common causes of damage not covered under warranty
  • Excessive use with a bowling machine
  • Moisture damage to the toe or blade
  • Mis-hits or poorly timed shots
  • Exposure to extreme dryness or heat
  • Insufficient bat preparation
  • Use of cheap or overly hard balls
  • Severe edging or heavy wear and tear

Warranty Conditions:
Minor damage such as surface cracks or small dents is common, as English/Kashmire Willow is naturally soft. Proper preparation, usage, and ongoing maintenance will help minimize damage. In most cases, a damaged bat can be repaired and restored for further play.

Warranty is void if:
